PCABA Practice Reservations

1. Games take precedence over practices.
2. Each team is guaranteed one reserved practice time per week until games start.
3. Head coaches can reserve additional practice times 72 hours in advance via the web site (www.pcaba.com).
4. Additional practice times are limited to 60 or 90 minutes.
5. Barker, Kaiser, Pony and elementary fields may be reserved by any team. Note that the elementary field has houses in close proximity and should not be used by older teams (10U and up) for batting practice – only fielding practice at these levels. The high school softball field can only be used by softball teams. Jerome Township fields (Harry Wolfe) can only be reserved by teams with children who live in Jerome Township.
6. Practices must be complete 90 minutes prior to any game being played on that field to allow for the field prep for the game. Teams practicing may need to allow additional time for field prep to be completed. Games and field prep for games take precedence over practices.
7. Coaches found abusing the system by reserving excessive practices (more than 3 in one week) will lose the right to reserve future practice times.
8. In the event that the system permits two teams to reserve the same field at the same time, the first reservation will be honored and the second reservation will be revoked. Coaches will be notified if this occurs.
